Shipping Policies

We work to ship out your item within one business day.  We will work to get the cheapest, fastest, most reliable shipping to your destination.  You will be sent a tracking number when the item ships.  Currently, a number of package delivery services are experiencing delays due to COVID.  If you have not received your package and have checked your tracking, please send us an email to and we will do what we can to assist or reship your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the box is damaged on the outside, please take a photo so we may submit it to the shipper for damages.
